Dark Chocolate Almond Balls


2 cups of raw almonds
1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup almond butter or nut butter of choice
1/2 cup of coconut oil
4 drops of stevia
1 tbl of agave nectar
1 tbl of vanilla
1 cup of dark chocolate 


1. Place almonds, flax meal, unsweetened coconut & nut butter in a food processor and pulse for 10 seconds or until mixture is broken down.


2. Melt coconut over very low heat until it turns into a liquid.  


3. Remove from stove and stir in stevia, agave nectar, and vanilla. 


4. Add mixture to food processor and pulse until you have a corse paste.


5. You can roll it into balls or press into an 8X8 pan and make squares out of it.


6. Place in the fridge or freezer and allow to harden.


7. Melt the dark chocolate and when mixture is hardened, either roll the balls in the chocolate or pour over squares for a tasty topping!! Let cool again for about 30 minutes and then enjoy!!
